Pollycote - 50 is a pipeline anti-corrosion tape for use where small diameter pipe, low in-service temperatures and/or backfill demand the use of tape with a low mechanical performance. It can be used on larger diameter pipes, or for higher temperatures, when an outerwrap is employed.

Pollycote - 101 is a medium duty pipeline anti-corrosion tape where small to medium diameter pipe and/or small particle backfill is employed.
Pollycote - 101 has a high shear strength cross-laminated HDPE backing coated with a rubber modified bitumen. It can be used on large diameter pipes, or for higher temperatures, when an outerwrap is employed.

Pollycote - 150 is a light duty anti-corrosion tape for use when small diameter pipe and small particle backfill are employed.
Pollycote - 150 has a PCV backing coated with rubber modified bitumen. It can be used on larger diameter pipes, or for higher temperatures, when an outerwrap is employed.

POLLYCOTE- 500 is a pipeline anti-corrosion tape for use where small to medium diameter pipe, and/ or backfill demand the use of a tape with a medium mechanical performance.
POLLYCOTE- 500 has a PVC backing coated with a rubber modified bitumen.

Pollycote - 1000 is a pipeline anti-corrosion tape for use where medium diameter pipe and/ or aggressive backfill demand the use of a tape with a high mechanical performance. Pollycote - 1000 has a PVC backing coated with a rubber modified bitumen.

POLLYCOTE 1500 is a pipeline anti-corrosion tape for use where large diameter pipe and/ or aggressive backfill demand the use of a tape with a high mechanical performance.

POLLYCOTE 1500 has a PVC backing coated with a bitumen rubber adhesive.

POLLYCOTE- 1550 is a pipeline anti-corrosion tape. Due to it;s excellent mechanical resistance it can be used also where large diameter pipe is to be factory wrapped and transported to the installation site. The POLLYCOTE- 1550, due to the use of an improved PVC backing, has a higher resistance to impact damage and penetration than POLLYCOTE- 1550. It is designed for machine application and hard wrapping. Pollycote - 1550 has a tough PVC backing coated with a rubber modified adhesive.

Pollycote - HTD is for use when very high temperatures prevail such as with offshore pipeline joint protection and is based on a tough special high temperature resistant PVC backing coated with a bitumen rubber adhesive.

A quick drying ready to use bituminous primer suitable for use as a primer prior to application of self-adhesive plastic wrapping tape, to optimise bond development which is important for maximizing resistance to cathodic disbondment.
