Developed specifically for high speed welding of Liquid Nitrogen Gas pipe work and pipe lines at Gas supply terminals, LNG Regasification Terminals, Gas Compressor Stations and LNG Carriers, the Argweld® Quick Purge System has now found use in a wide number of other large diameter Pipe Work Systems around the world.

Argweld® Quick Purge Pipe Welding Systems are used for high quality, reliable welding of stainless steel tube and pipe joints to ensure a very fast weld purge time and a very high quality weld root, free from oxidation, discoloration and coking.

These systems will typically purge 36” pipe diameters to below 0.1% oxygen in less than 10 minutes and all smaller pipes, correspondingly faster.

• Each Quick Purge is covered with heat protective materials on the inside, so as the higher temperatures closer to the weld do not damage the device.

• Central Sleeve - Reduces purge volume typically a 36" pipe diameter will purge below 0.1% oxygen in less than 10 minutes.

• Sizes from 8” to 72” (200mm - 1800mm)

 Feedback off the end users of the quick purge have reported savings of up to 83% ! on the purge time!

• Saves on purge gas, as thee volume needed to be purged is greatly reduced.
• This system pays for itself in a few welds!
